Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Theprettyone!

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it (no signs of wear, with tags, no damage, odors, etc.).
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Returns:

We only accept returns if items are defective or damaged, as all items are carefully inspected by our team before shipping.

Items Not Covered

The following items are not covered by the return policy:

  • Gift cards
  • Party supplies
  • Items on Sale

Late or lost refunds

  • If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
  • If you've already done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at supporttheprettyone@gmail.com.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.
  • Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item; we advise you to send it by registered mail to prove whether or not the item was received.
